How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Famzee > Cancel. You'll keep premium access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open Famzee > Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Can I export my photos and data?
Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data. You'll receive a downloadable archive of your photos, events, and account data.
How do I invite family members?
Open your family circle and tap "Invite Members." You can share an invite link via text, email, or AirDrop. They'll need to download Famzee and create an account to join.
Is my family's data private?
Absolutely. All photos and content are private to your family circle. We use encryption at rest and in transit, time-limited signed URLs for media, and we never share your data with advertisers. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
